The Doctrine of the Scriptures

The Doctrine of the Scriptures

The Inspired Word of God

We believe that “all Scripture is given by inspiration of God”. By inspiration, we mean that God guided the human authors of the sixty-six books of the Bible so that, using their own personalities and styles, they composed and recorded without error His revelation in the words of the original manuscripts.

Mark 12:26, 36  |  Mark 13:11  |  1 Corinthians 2:13  |  2 Timothy 3:16  |  2 Peter 1:21

We believe that the Scriptures are God’s complete and final revelation centering on the Person and work of Jesus Christ and are intended for our practical instruction for faith and practice and fully applicable to our everyday life.

Romans 15:4  |  Hebrews 1:1-2
