Teacher Expectations
Because of the importance of “training up our children in the way that they should go” spiritually, and because we want to protect the spiritual integrity of our church, we have very high expectations for our teachers.
Every person who desires to teach any age at Harbor Rock must meet five requirements:
- Be a regular attendee in good standing
- Pass a national background check
- Be interviewed by staff
- Agree to the HRT Doctrinal Statement
- Sign a Teachers Agreement.
