Racine

The harbor town of Racine is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan, approximately 15 miles north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border.  It is approximately 60 miles north of Chicago and 30 miles south of Milwaukee.  It is the 5th largest city in Wisconsin, with a population of 79,573, and a metro population of about 150,000.  The city is known for its beautiful harbor, and for leading industries that are headquartered in Racine, such as S.C. Johnson, Modine Manufacturing, J.I. Kenosha

The harbor town of Kenosha is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan, approximately 10 miles north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border.  It is approximately 55 miles north of Chicago and 35 miles south of Milwaukee.  It is the 4th largest city in Wisconsin, with a population of 99,218, and a metro population of about 150,000.  The city is known for its beautiful harbor, its classic streetcar line between downtown and HarborPark, and for leading industries that have manufacturing plants in Kenosha, such as Jockey International, Snap-On and American Motor Company.  Kenosha is also the home to the UW-Parkside, Carthage College, Kenosha Public Museum, Civil War Museum and Dinosaur Museum.  Please follow these links to learn more about Kenosha:
