It is far too common for Christians to just sit and receive from the church, but do very little as a result. The church’s job is to train believers to actively mature in their faith and step out to serve the Lord in the midst of a spiritually dying culture. In John 15, Jesus calls Himself the “Vine” Who gives life, and says it is necessary for those who receive Him to live every day as grafted, fruitful branches. The best fruit from a physical vine has been watered and pruned to make it stronger, and the same applies to our lives. In this message, Adam Lopez challenges us to live in the Vine every day.
